2. Services & Engagement

3. Deposits & Payments
Clients are required to pay an upfront deposit before project initiation. Payment schedules and remaining balances are defined in the project agreement. No penalties are charged for early settlement.
4. Warranty
We do not offer separate written warranties. Our completed work speaks for itself—our experience and reputation are the guarantee.
5. Intellectual Property
All project documentation, drawings, visuals, and deliverables remain the property of the company until full payment is received.
6. Termination
Projects may be terminated at any time by either party through mutual agreement in writing. In such a case, only the services completed up to the termination date will be invoiced and payable.
7. Confidentiality
Any confidential information shared during the course of the project will not be disclosed to third parties. Likewise, we expect clients to maintain confidentiality of proprietary methods or solutions.
8. Communication
We deal directly with clients. All updates, feedback, and approvals are handled through designated points of contact agreed upon at the start of the project.
9. Legal
These terms are binding under Canadian law. Any legal issues, if they arise, will be handled within the jurisdiction of Canada.
